Booking conditions

These conditions apply to bookings of the accommodation presented on this website. Please read them before confirming: by confirming the booking, you accept them.

The price

The price we quote is the total for the stay: it includes final cleaning and all mandatory costs. You pay for optional services only if you choose them.

The tourist tax is not included in the price: it is paid separately on arrival, if the Municipality applies it, at the rate set by its regulations.

How to book

  1. Ask about availability for your dates, using the calendar or the contact details on the website.
  2. We reply in writing with the total price, the deposit and the link to these conditions.
  3. The booking is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation, after payment of the deposit.

Cancellation

If we have to cancel it, we will immediately refund what you have paid, without prejudice to the protections the law grants you.

The 14-day right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code does not apply: the booking concerns accommodation for specific dates (Article 59(1)(n)). The cancellation conditions set out above apply.

Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 12:00 to 18:00.

Check-out: at 10:00.

On arrival, each guest shows a valid identity document: by law, we report their details to the police (Questura, Article 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security).

Only the guests named in the booking may stay in the accommodation.

Complaints and jurisdiction

To make a complaint, write to vaccaroguido@virgilio.it. The contract is governed by Italian law. If you book as a consumer, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the place where you reside or are domiciled, if this is in Italy.
